Awards

Q. How to earn an award from 2011?
a. two scores from two different judges for FEI awards
b. three scores, two from different judges, for Training through Fourth Level.
c. The scores must be submitted on the score submission form & accompanied by photo copies of the tests or a USDF print out.Submission Score Form

Q. What do I do with the Award Trophy I won last year?
Please return the awards ASAP to either Sue Reinecke (707)433-1288 or Tracy Underwood (707)975-2097so that they can be cleaned & engraved for the next recipient.

Q. How do I pick up my 2011 Year End Plate if I am unable to attend the awards meeting.
A. The CDS Year End Plates will also be given out at the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, a stamped self-addressed envelope must be sent to Sonoma CDS Awards, P.O. Box 208, Fulton, CA 95439, the Chairperson will mail them. Plates can also be picked up at the 2012 Shelley Siegel Show..
